As reported by Daily Mail, NCIS star Michael Weatherly has quit the show after having been charged with 2 counts of DUI Drink Driving last November.
The arrest resulted in the former partner of Jessica Alba spending 15 hours behind bars.
The actor behind the popular character Special Agent Tony DiNozzo faces a possible 6 months jail and lengthy licence disqualifications.
Weatherly recently Tweeted that he 'couldn't have had more fun playing him' (DiNozzo) 'over the past 13 seasons'.
The actor awaits sentence.

A penalty unit in Queensland is currently worth $113.85.
In addition to the above penalties, anyone who pleads or is found guilty in the Magistrates Court must pay the Offender Levy, which is presently worth $110.90.
