Drug Driving Man Thought He Was Being Chased

Thomas Roy Davis, 21, thought he was being chased by another vehicle, his evasion of which caused him to blow a tyre, before stopping and running into a medical centre, according to The Chronicle.

Police were called to the scene at around 11:15 a.m. on a report of Davis causing a disturbance.

Reports show that officers found the Drug Driving man in a paranoid state as he explained his fear that he was being chased around.

His blood test results showed that Davis had amphetamines and methamphetamines in his system at the time of the incident and his licence was suspended immediately.

His lawyers said that he has been medicated for a previously undiagnosed health problem since the incident.

Davis pled guilty to Drug Driving.
