DUI Drink Driving Man Found Sleeping in His Car

Police have arrested Andy McCoy, 38, after he was found following complaints of him sleeping in his car in front of a fast food restaurant, WFMZ reports.

Mahoning Township Police found McCoy asleep with the car running and stereo blaring. They entered the vehicle through the passenger door after failed attempts to wake up the man.

Police report that McCoy refused to comply with officers, saying that he laughed at an officer and grabbed the steering wheel.

A record check showed that the DUI Drink Driving man was required to have an ignition interlock system installed in his vehicle but it was found that it was not in present.

McCoy faces charges of DUI Drink Driving and other misdemeanors.
