Darron Gibson, Everton midfielder, allegedly crashed his car into a cyclist before he drove away and hit a petrol pump while DUI Drink Driving, The Guardian reports.
The 27-year-old football player was reportedly driving his black Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo luxury sports car when he collided with a bike on Sunday night.
Police were notified of the incident and charged the player with driving without due care and attention, DUI Drink Driving, and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.
Greater Manchester Police stated that Gibson has since been bailed to appear at Trafford Magistrates’ Court on September 1st.

In addition to the above penalties, anyone who pleads or is found guilty in the Magistrates Court must pay the Offender Levy, which is presently worth $110.90.
