As reported by NBC, 33 year old Miami man Noe DeJesus was intercepted while driving nude recently, with 3 nude female passengers on board.
Mr DeJesus' vehicle was seen to be driven recklessly, swerving off and back onto the road.
The intercepting officer, assuming Mr DeJesus was simply shirtless, opened the driver's door, only to find both DeJesus, and his 3 female passengers, completely naked.
Mr DeJesus was charged with both DUI Drink Driving and Unlicensed Driving.
Mr DeJesus awaits sentence.
It is assumed Mr DeJesus will find a pair of pants for his court appearance.

In addition to the above penalties, anyone who pleads or is found guilty in the Magistrates Court must pay the Offender Levy, which is presently worth $110.90.
