Baby Found in SUV after Evade Police Attempt

Grosse Pointe Farms Police Department officers have arrested and put into custody a suspect after an alleged high-speed Evade Police chase with a one-month old baby in the SUV on Monday morning, Click on Detroit reports.

Police report that the driver was speeding at least 60 mph on Jefferson Motorway. Authorities were able to lay down stop sticks which flattened multiple tyres on the vehicle.

The Evade Police attempt began at around 3 a.m. at the McDonald’s on Jefferson and ended at the Detroit border.

Officers found the baby in a car seat in the vehicle. Reports show that the baby is okay and being cared for by police as they try to contact the family members.
