Teen Arrested for DUI Drink Driving

Police have arrested a 19-year-old after he drove his car down an embankment on early Sunday morning, New Canaanite reports.

Reports show that officers were called at 3:12am and found the DUI Drink Driving teen standing outside the vehicle in the woods.

Police said that he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol thus a field sobriety test was conducted. Authorities said that he did not pass the test and refused a blood-alcohol test at the police headquarters.

According to the teen, he had just left a friend’s home to get cigarettes and was on his way back when he lost control of the vehicle.

The teen was charged with DUI Drink Driving. He was also charged for forgery after police found that the DUI Drink Driving teen was carrying a forged Connecticut driver’s licence.

He was later released on $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court later this month.
