As reported by CBS, 22 year old Uber driver Juan Garcia was charged with DUI Drink Driving on New Years Day, after colliding with another vehicle, before flipping his own vehicle, all with a fare paying passenger inside.

19 year old Arlene Mendez ordered the Uber ride, in an attempt at getting home safely after celebrating the start of the New Year.

'The car flipped over and I was just screaming. I was just screaming', said a distraught Ms Mendez.

Good samaritans pulled Ms Mendez from the wrecked vehicle.
