As reported by The Tenessean, Charlie Louvin Jr, son of legendary country singer Charlie Louvin, was today charged with Drink Driving.

Police responded to reports of a man urinating on himself, before getting into a van.

The van hit a curb as it drove away.

Louvin was intercepted shortly thereafter and found to also have cannabis in his possession.

Louvin was previously charged with DUI in 2009.
