As reported by the Sentinel, American man Gobind Singh offered to kiss a male Police Officer’s feet, in the hope that charges would be dropped against him after crashing his Maserati while DUI Drink Driving.

Mr Singh caused around $65,000.00 in damage to two parked vehicles and a power pole in the single vehicle accident.

Mr Singh refused to provide a breath sample, but did beg to kiss the Policeman’s shoes.

‘I declined’ said the officer.

Mr Singh awaits sentence.

In Queensland, refusing to provide a breath sample is deemed at law to be High Range DUI Drink Driving.
