As reported by ABC, Police got more than they bargained for during a routine intercept last night, when they found American woman Alexandria Mauer joyriding naked while eating pizza.

Despite earlier reports of a naked woman loitering outside a nearby shopping centre, Police were still taken aback.

Ms Mauer was charged with DUI Drink Driving before being released to a family member.

However, she was found wandering the streets again less than an hour later, although this time clothed.

Ms Mauer was again charged, this time with disorderly conduct.

The naked motorist awaits sentence.
