As reported by the Courier Mail, an off duty Victorian Police Officer was charged with Mid Range DUI Drink Driving on Thursday night.
The Senior Constable provided a roadside blood alcohol concentration of 0.146.
The Police Officer received an immediate driver’s licence suspension.
The Officer awaits formal sentencing before the courts.
